Text Messaging Program
About this program
Control Freak is a customer relationship platform operated by ITISWHATITIS LLC. Licensed mortgage loan officers who use Control Freak send text messages to their own clients and referral partners for one to one business communication about mortgage loans, including application updates, document requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow up conversations.
Messages are conversational and sent by individual loan officers to people they have a business relationship with. This is not a bulk marketing or advertising blast program.
Sign up for text messages
To receive text messages from your loan officer through Control Freak, complete the form below. Checking the consent box is optional. You can submit this form with the box unchecked, and if you do, you are not enrolled and you will not receive text messages. Only visitors who check the consent box and submit the form are opted in, and each opt in is recorded with a timestamp.
Thanks, your information was received.
You did not check the consent box, so you are not signed up for text messages and your loan officer will not text you. If you would like to receive text messages about your loan, complete the form again with the consent box checked.
You are signed up.
Thanks, friend. Your loan officer can now text you about your loan at the number you provided. The first message you receive will confirm your enrollment and repeat how to opt out at any time.
