Accessibility Statement

ITISWHATITIS LLC wants Control Freak to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes our goals, the steps we take, and how to reach us when something gets in your way.

Our Goal

We aim for the Service to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat reported barriers as defects to fix, not as edge cases.

What We Do

• Build pages with semantic structure, labeled controls, and visible focus states.
• Use text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, with decorative elements hidden from assistive technology.
• Maintain color contrast targets for text and controls, including a light mode for users who cannot comfortably read the default dark theme.
• Support keyboard navigation for core workflows and standard browser zoom up to 200 percent.
• Review new features for accessibility before release and include accessibility in our testing.

Known Limitations

Some content inside the Service comes from third party integrations or from files our users upload, such as documents and images. We do not control the accessibility of third party content, and uploaded content may not include descriptions or accessible formatting. Where the platform itself is the barrier, we want to know.
